Taking into account Chelsea's goals for next season, current squad, departures, new recruits and loanees predicated to make the First team, what are your thoughts on our first team for next season.

My PICK for 2013\2014 (Inclusions in bold) 27 man squad:

Petr Cech (GK)
Ross Turnbull (GK)
Henrique Hilario (GK)
Branislav Ivanovic (RB, CB)
Cesar Azpilicueta (RB)
Wallace (RB, LB)
Ashley Cole (LB)
Ryan Bertrand (LB, LM)
Nathaniel Chalobah (RB, CB, DM, CM)
Luke Shaw (LB)
Gary Cahill (CB)
John Terry (CB)
Ramires (RM, DM, CM)
Josh McEcheran (CM)
Oriol Romeu (DM, CM)
Fellaini (DM, CM, AM, CF)
John Obi Mikel (DM, CM)
Marko Marin (AM, W)
Kevin De Bruyne (AM, CM, W)
Oscar (RM, LM, CM, AM, W)
Vicor Moses (W, RM, LM, AM)
Juan Mata (AM, LM, RM)
Eden Hazard (AM< CM, LM, RM, CF)
Demba Ba (CF, W)
Romelu Lukaku (CF)
Falcao (CF)

Departures: Paulo Ferraira, Yossi Benayoun, Florent Malouda, Fernando Torres, Michael Essien. Frank Lampard, David Luiz

Signings: Falcao, Fellaini, Shaw

The rest continue to develop on loan. Perhaps even loan out Bertrand.
I've added Luiz on transfer list as Barcelona seem most likely to sign him. Plus we can cash in to help with new more important signings.

It will depend if we make it top 4 or not. If we don't make then forget Fellaini or Falcao will. We'll just have to recall KDB and Lukaku.
One day your sons will ask you about him: "Fernando Torres, chelsea number 9"

I like that, but I still think we need a high energy midfielder who bosses, like Diame.

Turnbull's contract expires in June, Hilario's contract also (he is 37yo), recall Courtois (+ Blackman?); recall Kalas if we sell Luiz, sell/loan Bertrand, sell Mikel /or Ramires, sell Marin maybe.. Wallace -loan.

As much as i would like to see Falcao and Fellaini in Chelsea (especially Falcao!) i think we should consider cheaper alternatives, even if we do qualify for the CL; max. 38-40mil for Falcao (forget Cavani and Neymar) and 22-24m for Fellaini, if AtleticoM and Everton refuse - buy Wilfred Bony and Victor Wanyama instead (20-25m together), or Diame (min rel.clause 3,5mil!), AND Hulk -but only if he is avaiable for 20-25mil.. maybe he is a bit overrated but we really need physically strong winger.

------------------------------------Cech/Courtois------------------------------------------

Azpi/Ivan/Kalas--------Ivan/Kalas-----------Terry/Cahill-------------------Cole/Shaw

-------------Wanyama/Chalobah/Romeu---KDB/Ramires/McEcheran-------------------

Hulk/Moses/Hazard/KDB---Mata/Oscar/KDB/Hazard---Hazard/Moses/Hulk/Mata/KDB

---------------------------------Lukaku/Bony/Ba/Hulk-------------------------------------

Still thinking that selling David Luiz is a huge mistake, btw I can't see so many changes happening. We are irl.

i want us to start sniffing around wiltshire hes got the making of our future captain, even if we dont sign him we should be making our intrest public get him thinking about moving , also we have to get shaw sooner rather than later its a no brainer also if a big bid came in for luiz id seriously consider it hes a great talent but he dose not what he is.
From relagation to Champions of Europe.
What a Journey !

I though some would think selling Luiz is a mistake but I personally don't. I think he is a great talent but to be honest he hasn't really settled in one position, at CB he seems to laid back and loses focus whilst in midfield he just doesn't have the attributes required, yeah, he is strong and good on the ball buit doesn't have the qualities for a midfielder. He would fit right in at Barcelona and for 30 million why not. We have Ivanovic, JT and Cahill who can do an equally good job at CB and we have youngsters coming through who can play there, Kalas, Chalobah, perhaps we can sign another if we really need to, Okore would be cheap for example.

For the same amount we sell we can get Fellaini in, I've seen him play in DM or CM position and he does boss the midfield, he is very difficult to play against according to players in the EPL.
One player I failed to add was Ake, he is currently in our first team squad but limited in appearances, but form what I've seen against Middlesbrough, with more game she could be that man to replace Makelele. Plus his hairstyle is awesome, reminds me of Gullit.

Look, I think Chelsea FC have probably got some of the best youngsters coming through, it will take time before all of these guys reach their potential and dominate world football. But for immediate success I really feel we need two world class players added to our ranks even if have to spend.

We are to far behind Man U and Man City in terms of quality and getting that consistency. It will happen but not sure if we can wait 2 years or so for success relying on youngsters.

As for Wilshere, well I would love to have him at Chelsea but doubt he would even want to switch.

I think buying Hulk would be a massive step back in terms of the direction our football department is trying to take our style of play. Granted Hulk is a decent team player, who can pass and link-up somewhat, but every time he gets the ball, the play
would slowdown and almost become a set play, and become the Hulk show, even though he isn't that special.
Schurlle is a perfect alternative, as he is direct like Hulk, but keeps things moving better, and as a German has 0 ego
Please don't call me arrogant
But I believe I am a special one

Hulk Is one of the most humble abd least egotist yohll ever meet in a footballer. He has an amazing direct play. Ive been watching Hulk for years ;)
My heart and loyalty belongs to no player and manager, but only to Chelsea FC.

Hulk = Money hungry

Great player but looks more to the pocket, just like Willian.

But would accept him with open arms, fantastic player.
